Innovation 2026

I don’t believe in “soft” skills. I believe in Strategic Intelligence. It’s the ability to master the “Amygdala Hijack” during a board meeting. It’s the Socratic discipline of asking the right questions when everyone else is shouting.
It’s about turning internal friction into external momentum.
If You are a leader or a high-performer ready to dismantle the mental blocks that technical skills can’t reach, let’s talk. No fluff, no clichés—just a 90-minute deep dive to see if the chemistry is there.

Meet Nick

With decades of experience across organisational transformation and leadership development, my coaching is a private, discreet, “balcony-view” space. It is a dialogue designed to challenge Your assumptions, sharpen Your clarity, and expand Your capacity to lead with both courage and compassion.

Leadership is often defined by the decisions we make, but it is truly sustained by the emotional climate we create.
In an era dominated by AI and rapid disruption, the ultimate competitive advantage isn’t technical, it’s human.
My approach is defined by Empathetic Socratic Inquiry. I don’t just provide answers, I do not give suggestions; I ask the incisive, uncomfortable questions that lead to genuine self-discovery. Your own discoveries.
By combining my business background with a deep study of human behaviour, I help high-performers dismantle the mental barriers that technical skills alone cannot bridge.

The Approach:
Neuro-Strategy, Intentionality & Emotional Farsightedness

My work is rooted in the intersection of Executive Performance and Applied Neuroscience. Drawing from my specialised training at Harvard Medical School and Oxford Business School, and being Certified as an Advanced Emotional Intelligence Analyst EQ provider and Trainer of Trainers, I help Leaders move beyond reactive patterns (the Amygdala response) and step into a state of regulated, high-level strategic thinking (the Prefrontal Cortex).
We don’t just manage behaviours; we rewire the beliefs and biological responses that drive them.

This is what I call Using Emotions to Lead, Perform, and Inspire.

The Benefits
Forensic Human Capital Intelligence
Nick provides a “High-Definition” lens through which to view an organization. By utilizing British Psychological Society-registered ECR 360 psychometrics, he strips away the guesswork of leadership and talent management.
Transition from Reactive to Regulated (CNS Mastery)
Most executive coaching focuses on what to think; Nick focuses on the biological capacity to think. By mastering the Central Nervous System (CNS) and the HPA-axis, clients move away from “emotional hijacking” and into a state of permanent cognitive readiness.
Institutional Autonomy & Legacy Scaling
Unlike traditional consultants who create a cycle of dependency, Nick’s “Train the Trainer” (The Legacy Protocol) approach is designed to seed expertise directly into the organization’s DNA.

A wise man once asked the students to identify the moment when the night finishes and the day begins. One student guessed: when You can tell a sheep from a dog? Another said: when do You differ an olive tree from a fig tree? The wise man responded: when a stranger approaches and we think is our brother, that is the moment when the night ends and the day begins.

I believe that Intentional Leadership is a collective responsibility. Whether through my private mentoring or my weekly Leaders Wisdom Club, my goal is to support You scale Your impact by outgrowing the version of Yourself that got You here.

The Chemistry Call

Coaching is, above all, a human connection. If the chemistry isn’t there, the coaching won’t work. I always invite to a complimentary 60 to 90-minute discovery session to ensure our values and energy align.

If You value the human, You will value the coach.

Me, as one of those students, I welcome You beyond Your religion, culture, philosophy, gender, orientation, ethnicity, or location as my brother or my sister.

I aim to equip the capability of understanding their emotions, the emotions of the people around them in their environments, and from a professional perspective, the emotions of their employees, directors, subordinates, athletes, and peers.

The typical outcomes are higher degrees of calmness, improved self-control and communication, finally clarity over life-strategies (long-term) and daily deeds (short term).

I use an array of EQ tests, psychometric toolkits and strategies for which I have received appropriate and certified training. I am also a member of the Association for coaching UK. I am a student and a tutor at the School of Philosophy and Economic Science.

They believe the human components are what really make their companies flourish and develop. They believe human engagement and cooperation (also self-cooperation) are the basis for peak performance. My ideal clients believe Emotions are the real engine and they want to get control over them rather than being controlled by them.

The EI tests I provide are suitable for Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Teams as a whole group or as individuals. The applicable industries are a vast and wide array, from creative to traders, from sports to finance, based on the real fact that we involve emotions in everything we do, this is human nature.

We cannot avoid having emotions, but we can identify, position and regulate them, to ultimately express them, speaking them out thoughtfully without hurting the listener(s).

Lately, I am working more and more often in Sports, developing athlete’s capability to manage pressure, frustration and letting go of mistakes, I support coaches to understand their player’s emotional states and improve communication, and management boards to foster human connections inside the workplace for a better reciprocal emotional understanding and smoother solution-finding processes.

Drop me a message, I am available!
